In the past, I paid little attention and gave no credibility to people involved in home-based businesses.
Whenever I heard that someone I knew was involved in a home-based business, especially one that implements direct sales or network marketing, I would quietly shake my head, roll my eyes, and wonder how they could be so naive. I believed only a fool would get involved in this industry.
In recent years I have shifted from cynic to advocate of the home-based business industry.
I have known so many friends who thought that their job position was secure and for life, therefore leading to a nice safe pension...only to see it end in tatters, as they were either forced to leave or told to leave.
I am now more appreciative than ever of this industry, providing people a chance to create an additional source of significant revenue, security, and retirement income.
